Amaranth
Amaranth that is also called an Amaranthus is an annual plant with many varieties. Although it can be found almost all over the world, originally it comes from South America where it used to be one of the main cultivars. Its beneficial properties are well-known as the seeds have extremely high energy value, they can be used as a spice or to make flour.

Dried Amaranth is most often found in two varieties − with hanging long flowers or with shorter flowers, and thus more stiff and upwards. Its saturated burgundy colour makes the Amaranth a charming decoration of autumn and winter interiors. It can be used to create wreaths and reeds, as well as to compose an original bouquet.
